Q. How long does it take to make a Plate ink?

A. Depending on the complexity or add ons our made on the spot Plates are usually ready within 10 minutes or less.

Q. Will the colours fade?

A. Our Plates and basic foil colours are made to last for years subjected that they are not abused.

Q. How do I put it up or display it?

A. Our Plates are very light. Apart from our add on magnet hacks it can easily be displayed using 3M double sided tapes, blu tacks, or other type of adhesives. It can even be drilled directly or nailed on if required.

Q. Will the Plate get rusty?

A. The Plates are made form high grade aluminum and will not rust. It is also heatproof and waterproof. Its exactly the same as a license plate. You can clean it by normal wipes or off the shelve cleaning solution or even soapy water.

Q. If I purchase online can I do a self collection?

A. Yes, you are welcome to do so please select the option upon checkout. Self Collect will is subjected to location availability.

Q. Can I do cash upon delivery?

A. Sorry, the option is not available for our services.

Q. Are there any exchange policy?

A. For personalised gifts  We strive to provide the best for every purchase. For any hiccups please refer to our terms and conditions.

Q. Can the plate be used as a license plate?

A. Yes, please check your local authority for approved type before purchasing. Plate.Ink will not be held liable for unapproved plate type used as a car license plate.

Q. How many sizes or colors I can choose from for an event booking?

A. We provide choice of size and colors for all our event proposal. Client can choose from a minimum of 10 different colors and up to 3 plate sizes

Q. Are there other type of font?

A. No, all our plates will only be embossed in EURO Type Font. 

Q. Plate.Ink Return Policy

A. If for whatever reason you wish to return your order here are some things to note.
1. Our Return/Exchange/Refund policy only pertains to defects or mistakes such as misspelling or wrongly embossed words on our part. Text and colour choices are deemed to be final upon us receiving the order.

2. For defects or mistakes we will provide an exchange order of the same colour and size or failing which an equivalent size.

3. Any disputed returns shipping will be borne by the customer unless for reasons stated in term No.1

4. We reserve the right to reject any exchange if the defect was not caused by us or our operators.

5. In the event of lost shipping we will provide a replacement plate of the same order or its equivalent in size only.
